Trade terms

How a deal actually runs.

This is the path, not a quote. Numbers and ratios appear only in writing.

Samples

DFM first, then the first piece. Typically ~7 working days after DFM approval. Sample fee in writing; often creditable against the first production order. Who pays freight is in the same confirmation.

File conversion

STL / 3MF / STEP / Rhino 3DM are fine. Flat artwork or sketches we convert for a conversion fee (the fixed fee in the FAQ), amount in writing.

Quotes

No list prices here. Sample, 10–49 and 50+ are quoted separately. A quote covers material, print, finishing and packing; certs, freight and duties are listed by path.

Payment

Usually T/T in stages. Deposit ratio and balance milestones are on the written quote — this page does not lock a fake company policy.

Incoterms

EXW / FOB / CIF and others per order. Origin, insurance and documents sit on the quote, not as a website default that fights the contract.

When the clock starts

Small-batch and volume lead times start after sample sign-off, the agreed payment, and private-label artwork — not after the first enquiry.

Revisions

Stage 01 DFM includes one review pass. A new form, a new cert market or a new material is a new scope.

Quality

Anything that fails QC before ship is reprinted free. If a defect reaches you, we replace it. Defect rate and replenishment windows go on the order confirmation.

Label & exclusivity

Private label from the first order. Exclusive geometry you commission is only exclusive in writing. Cert documents can be issued in your company name when agreed.

What governs

This site explains the path. Price, lead time, certs and Incoterms follow the written confirmation.
