For small batch production (Stage 02), the minimum is 10 pieces per SKU. For prototyping (Stage 01), there's no minimum — we quote per project.
Can I get exclusive designs that no other store carries?
Yes. When you commission a parametric design family, the form belongs to you. We will not produce the same geometry for any other client. Exclusivity is guaranteed in writing.
How long does the end-to-end process take?
Typical path: DFM review 1–2 business days · first sample ~7 working days after DFM approval · small batch (10–49 pcs) often 14–21 days after sample sign-off. End-to-end launch commonly 3–4 weeks; faster or slower depending on design and cert needs — confirmed in writing per project.
Can I use my own branding on the lamps and packaging?
Yes. Full private label from the first order. We produce under your brand with custom packaging — hang tags, boxes, and inserts to your spec.
What file formats do you accept?
Any 3D format: STL, 3MF, OBJ, FBX, STEP, Rhino (.3dm), SolidWorks (.sldprt), Fusion 360. If you only have reference images or sketches, our design team can develop the file from scratch.
Do I need to provide a print-ready file?
No. We accept any design format and convert it to a print-ready .STL or .3MF file as part of our Stage 01 file conversion service. A flat conversion fee applies.
For Distributors & Agents
What certifications are included in a distributor order?
Standard: CE (LVD + EMC + RoHS) for EU, UL 1598 / ETL for USA. Available on request: RCM/SAA (AUS/NZ), PSE (Japan), CCC (China), DIN/BPI/USDA bio-based certifications.
Can you supply on a monthly basis?
Yes. Monthly supply agreements are standard for distributor orders of 50+ pieces per run. We lock your production slot and issue delivery forecasts each month.
What is your production capacity?
Our farm currently runs 50+ printers. Effective monthly output depends on lamp geometry and wall thickness — we quote per SKU. Most distributors operate in the 200–1,000 pieces/month range.
Do you offer private label from day one?
Yes. All distributor orders ship under your brand. Certification documentation is also issued under your company's name where required.
How consistent is quality across batches?
Very consistent. Our farm management system locks the slicing file for each SKU after sample approval. Every batch prints from the same file on calibrated machines.
Can you handle multiple SKUs simultaneously?
Yes. Our scheduler handles concurrent jobs across SKUs. Typical distributor setup: 3–10 SKUs running in parallel monthly.

What materials do you use?
Three material options: (1) UV-stabilized bio-based PLA — our standard, with DIN/BPI/USDA certification available; (2) PETG — high-impact, moisture-resistant; (3) R-PETG — 30% post-consumer recycled content.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on material, geometry complexity, wall thickness, and quantity. We issue a detailed quote after the Stage 01 DFM review. There are no hidden fees — the quote covers material, print time, finishing, and packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the USA, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, and most other markets. Shipping costs and lead times are included in your quote.
What happens if a piece doesn't meet spec?
Any piece that fails our quality checkpoint is reprinted at no charge before shipment. If a defect reaches you, we replace it free — no questions asked.
Can I visit your facility?
Yes, by appointment. We welcome retailer buyers, distributor product managers, and interior designers. Contact us to arrange a visit.
How is the sample fee handled? Can it be credited?
The sample fee is confirmed in writing after DFM. It can often be credited against the first production order; freight is in the same note. See trade terms.
What are payment terms and Incoterms?
Usually T/T in stages. EXW / FOB / CIF are chosen per order. Ratios and origin are not locked on this page — they sit on the written quote. See trade terms.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Lamps are quoted by form, wall, material and cert path. The site only shows the sample / 10-piece / 50-piece bands. Numbers appear on the written quote. Request a quote pack.
